  • What is your pet policy?

    We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.


    All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

  • What Types of Apartments Are Available?

    Yes. Livano Limestone Springs offers convenient parking options including private garages and carports. Our community also features electric vehicle charging stations, making it convenient to charge your EV close to home.

  • What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?

    Livano Limestone Springs residents have access to Hall Area Transit’s WeGo service, an on-demand public transportation option serving Gainesville and Hall County. Rather than relying on traditional fixed bus stops, riders can request shared rides through WeGo for connections to destinations throughout the Gainesville-Hall County area.
